Payment details will be provided privately in response to the pre-registration email sent to clubludushistoriaemontmelo@gmail.com by February 28, 2026. However, we recommend registering as soon as possible to allow time to adjust the room capacity.
Registrations will be finalized upon submission of army lists and payment of the registration fee, deadline April 15, 2026.
TOURNAMENT RULES:
Scale: The tournament will be played with 15mm miniature armies, based on the official rules for this scale. Miniatures must accurately represent their assigned troop type, and the army must be fully painted.
Rules: This tournament will use version V4 "Art de la Guerre," including the latest corrections, FAQs, and official amendments. This information can be found on the website: ADLG - Art De La Guerre.
Scoring: Players will be ranked according to the victory points indicated on the Excel sheet downloadable from the game's official website.
Open theme. A single 200-point army list will be used. The year and option of the army list must be indicated.
Army lists must be submitted according to the Excel sheet found on the website under the "Game Aids" tab (in any language) and must be sent no later than April 15, 2026, to clubludushistoriaemontmelo@gmail.com.
Dice: The game will be played exclusively with the dice provided by the organizers. If both players agree at the start of the game, the following may be used:
- Re-rolls: 3 re-rolls allowed throughout the game.
- Mid dice system (3 dice are rolled, and the middle value is used). This applies to combats, not to shooting.
Terrain: Players will bring their own terrain pieces (and, if possible, playmats). The organizers will prohibit terrain pieces that do not conform to the regulations (size, shape) and the provisions of the "Terrain" chapter of the rules, page 70 and following.
Rounds: Six rounds will be played: one on Friday, three on Saturday, and two on Sunday morning. In the first four rounds, players from the same club (and, if possible, of the same nationality) will not be paired against each other. The first pairing will be random. The second and subsequent pairings will be done using the Swiss system.
Games: Games will have a maximum duration of 2 hours and 30 minutes with a minimum of 7 turns per player, although play will continue beyond these 7 turns if the game has not finished and there is time remaining. After the first 2 hours of play, players will begin playing 2-minute blitz turns, starting with the attacker, if they have not completed their sixth turn.
