| So as a defender I can choose 2-4 terrain pieces. So if I choose a river coastal and fail to roll a 4+ meaning I can choose another terrain piece p74. As far as I can see there is nothing stopping me choosing a village and if I still unsuccessful again you can still choose another element of terrain other than another village p.75. So I would still have to the full compliment of 2-4 terrain pieces to choose from correct? |

p74 "Placing a river or coastal zone", last sentence of the first paragraph: "If unsuccessful the player must choose another terrain piece other than a river or coastal zone".
p75 "Placing the village", last sentence of the first paragraph: "If unsuccessful the player must choose another terrain piece other than a village".
