« Les Loups du Temeraire » club will organize their annual « Art de la guerre » tournament on October 24th and 25th
Tournament will be held in NIP Covention

This edition of the tournament will be inspired by bravery, (if not by suicide) with uncontrolled charges and their poor leaders who are not always listened to.

The theme will be: "Not so fast!" 1000 to 1329 AD

All lists must include a minimum of 70 points and 7 impetuous units (both conditions must be met).
Allied troops can help reach these minimums (some lists will even have the required impetuous troops only as allies).

There is no limit to the number of selections in a list.

Note : Exceptionally, the Wallachian and Moldavian list (list 265) will be playable in 1329 AD.

Organization

The registration will include breakfasts and lunches for both days as well as a small welcome gift.
The registration amount is to be confirmed but will be between 30 and 40 euros.

Tournament rules:

Tournament will be played in 5 games, 3 gams on Saturday, 2 on Sunday
Pairing :First round pairing by random draw (except members of the same club). Challenges allowed in the 1st round.
In the following rounds, the Swiss system will apply.
Games within the same club will be avoided, except in the last round.
When players announce their list to their opponent, they must specify the historical or geographical option and the date of their army. They are not required to announce a potential ally.
Game duration: 2 h 30 to 2 h 45, a minimum of 7 turns must be played.
Games stop, at the signal of the referee, at the end of the defender's turn.
A blitz may be imposed if the minimum of 7 turns has not been reached.

Terrains
Players must bring standard and representative terrain elements. The referee reserves the right to refuse terrain elements considered non-compliant (size, shape, realism) according to the Terrains chapter of the rules (p. 70).

Deployment plans must be made and be able to be shown to the referee at the end of deployment. In case of non-compliance, the referee will redeploy the units.

Players must keep track of the turns.
