Under the 6th item All initial targets evade (p 43), last bullet entering penalizing terrain is not listed. However under the 8th item Continuing a charge (p 43) says units stop if they would enter penalizing terrain. Note that point 7 (If not all targets evade) is subsumed into point 6 (and thus by implication its last bullet). What exactly is the difference here between the operationalization of the last bullet of points 6 and 8? That is when do impetuous units have to enter penalizing terrain? Only if any or all initial targets evaded (points 6 or 7) and no other unit in the charging group has yet contacted an enemy (as any units contacting enemy turns it into continuing a charge in which case you can avoid entering terrain point or must you enter terrain (per point 6)? Does point 6 or 8 Trump the other when they conflict?

I think it's probably just sloppy, but there is a tiny difference.
If you attack a target within 1|2 UD which evades, then presumably you would have to enter penalizing terrain (assuming you have the MA) if it's within those 1|2 UD as well. Whereas if you choose to continue beyond, you are stopped by penalizing terrain.
