I've run into this a few times and have had a few different views on this.
two lines collide like this and it's As turn.
A1A2A3A4A5
B1B2B3B4B5
After the combat, A2 managed to quick kill B2 and pursed
A1 A3A4A5
B1A2B3B4B5
Nothing much happens in Bs turn.
In As next turn, could A2 flank change either B1 or B3?

Yes A2 could charge. Then one of B's units will get one cohesionhit for being attacked both from the front and the flank.

I think A2 can turn 90 degrees on either B unit and cause one point of cohesion damage, but it does not count as a charge (no bonuses, etc.). |
