A levy is deployed with its back edge against the board edge.
An enemy unit is to its flank.
If the enemy charges does the displacement rule pull the levy into the table sufficient to allow the legal conforming of a flank charge? |

Very good question! 
If you can't conform there is no flank attack.
It's just my opinion but I think there is no flank attack in these case

But displacement specifically allows an enemy unit to be moved.
