The Strategist is attached to Ch'i which is not any of the options. Is that correct?
I think this is meant to be Sun Bin who worked for the Qi state. (not Qin)
But I don't think that was the name of any of the state historically, was it? Or rather which Chinese translation was it. I see references to several.
All so the Qin option. requiring all infantry to be upgraded to impact. Do you think that also means MUST be upgraded to elite as well? |

Elite is an option (greatly adviced) for the Qin impact infantry.
Concerning the strategist, I assume you're right but only Herve could answer. Chinese translation is always a nightmare for Europeans.
