The latest FAQ says that if a commander is engaged in melee, we consider his state at the start of the turn when spending CP for the movement of his units.
Does the principle also apply to command radius, i.e. is it measured at the start of the turn and any units/groups that are outside command at the start of the turn cost +1, or is the player still allowed to move the general to bring the units into his command radius? |

He said you could move to be in range. |

Though I tend to agree, the rules as they are currently written already allow this.
Perhaps that particular FAQ could be modified to clarify this point . . . ? |
