I have a question regarding the term "up to 1/2";"max 1/2" in the army lists. Does it mean up to 1/2 of the total, or up to half of the units I buy?
I am pretty sure it means half of the units I buy but I wanted a confirmation that this is correct.
Example in list 7, 47 etc.
