List 150, Viking option, the Irish ally is taken from list 99, "Caledonian, Irish, Scots and Pictish." Is that what's really intended? Light chariots as late as 1280AD?

846AD in fact; cause this is the time limit of the liste#99.
after this date, the Scots and Irish allies are no more possible, so no light chariot either.

The allies are bound to their own time limit when choosen.
