If a unit with an included Commander evades off the table, how many demoralisation points are involved?

The points in the table on page 62 are added together, and the commander is ‘lost’ as far as the game is concerned. So 1 + 1 + commander value.

no, 1 point of demo only

the unit is not destroyed so only 1 point for "exit of table"
the commander is not lost, he is not on the table at the current moment Smile

and a subordinate must take command
the die for command is rolled with +0 modifier and all unit count as out of command range, so +1 CP for each move.
