Hi
I have a question about command points
A general is with a unit of unmanouverable troops, and was seeking to do a difficult manouver. But after rolling for command points, only has his 1 command point for the general, and 1 command point for the unit, can the general add his CP to the units CP to action the difficult manouver? eg turn 90 degrees.
Ive gone through the rules, and the way i understand it, the generals CP cant not be added, as the generals single CP is used to move him, or the unit/group he is with, or attempt to rally a unit.
Not enough sixes on my dice _________________ If only i had more 6's |

Yes, the general can use his own CP to help control the unit he is with, or the group that it is in. So you can use both CP to let the unit / group perform a difficult manoeuvre.
However he does not have enough to hold the troops back from charging a valid enemy within charge range, which requires 3CP. |
