Hi there people

A minor point arose last night which I can't find answered anywhere:

A looted camp is explicitly classified as a continuing barrier to movement, but does still act as a block to 2nd/3rd moves in a 4MU proximity once destroyed?

I would say based on both the section where it includes camps on the 2nd and 3rd move prohibition and the section on sacking camps, I do not see anything obvious that removes the prohibition. Personally I would assume the ban stays in effect.
