In order to simplify the visibility of tournaments, we suggest that you standardize their presentation. If you don't have all the information, you can add it as you go along.
In the forum
Please indicate in the 1st message announcing the tournament the following informations:
Dates and venue: Announce the tournament at least 2 months in advance
Maximum number of players: 32 for example
Number of rounds: generally 5
Format: 100, 200 or 300 points
Scale: 15 mm or 28 mm
Theme: Specify the theme of the tournament or restrictions in the army lists. Also indicate if the same lists are limited (e. g. 2 identical lists).
Special procedures: Specify special rules, trophies...
1st round pairing: See the methods allowed in the tournament charter.
Umpire: Name of the umpire and contact to send his list.
Registration: Specify the registration procedures, the price and the deadline for sending the lists.
