Julian and I have a volunteer for the Sunday games, but are still short for the main day, 4 games Saturday. Please make contact if you are interested stead in joining us for to make a full 3 man team for either Saturday or the full weekend

I'm lnterested but only have toys for the other periods. Have no problem borrowing if you have something available.
Need to clear it with wife first as it's her birthday on the Sunday. Normally she is out for the day with twin sister and the mother. But let's not have the stuff hitting the fan if I don't ask first tomorrow.

We are not keen on the 4 games on Saturday. Three is more than enough and 5 will still give a fair result. A wargaming weekend is not just the games, a bit of socialising is also important. Four games on a Saturday means no decent break, a lot of concentration and a short evening. 

The national league has always been decided on 5 games, can’t we just carry on doing that?

We have spoken two other teams and they are of the same opinion, can we discuss this more?

I will be there a bit early since I an Rafa's chauffeur, and he can get the stall set up, or we have an hour over lunch when we can talk

I'm happy to go with the majority on this one - which appeared to be a 6 game weekend. If I get 5 teams saying they would prefer just 5 games by Friday then we'll change it to five.

Other bits of admin - can I have army lists to me by Saturday evening so I can get everything checked and Runners and riders out on Monday.

I'll do the first round draw on Thursday 9th May and post it. In the first round I'll keep the central London teams apart. After that no restrictions

Unfortunately Team Webb is one now member down due to outside commitments so unless we can find a replacement our team will have to drop out.
