I managed to get hold of one of the last copies of the current print run of ADLG. With the lack of availability of copies I am struggling to persuade my would be opponents to take up these rules.

Would it be possible for the rules to be made available to purchase in pdf format?

One thing to consider in the future is to have a print on demand option from one of the many print on demand places on the internet. I would pay extra to have a more nicely bound rulebook for myself.

Absolutely. First class suggestion.

Indeed some operate globally, printing and then delivering from the location closest to the purchaser.

If you go down the POD route please take extra care with the submitted pdf particularly the layout, diagrams and paper size. Laying out a pdf for printing is not the same as creating one for distribution online for home printing. Without the intervention of a professional printer the results can be very disappointing.

I recently bought a POD copy of a well known rule set from Lulu/Book Depository only to find that the author had simply changed the page size of the pdf used for the hard copy resulting in the following POD cock ups:

• Cover text cropped at the right hand margin.
  
• Tables poorly aligned.
  
• No space between text and footer (inserted by Lulu?) border.
  
• Lots of unused white space below footer (see above!).
  
• Diagrams distorted because the vertical & horizontal page sizes changed by different percentages.
  

It was so shoddy I asked for, and received, a full refund. You have been warned.
